Our Duties and Responsibilities

• Representing the Department within and outside the institution,
• To carry out the duty of spending authority of the Department,
• Ensuring that the documents received by the Department are transferred to the relevant units,
• Organizing the academic calendar,
• To ensure the implementation of decisions regarding education and training,
• To determine all kinds of needs of the Presidency and ensure that they are met,
• To carry out all kinds of movable property transactions of the Presidency,
• To prepare the Department's strategic plan, activity reports and briefing file and present them to the senior management,
• To ensure the implementation of the Presidency's enacted budget,
• To ensure that the financial management and control of the Presidency is carried out in accordance with the legislation,
• To fulfill other duties assigned by the Senior Management and the General Secretariat,
• Ensuring that all correspondence and filing related to Student Affairs is carried out,
• To program and schedule the activities of oneself and one's subordinates so that the activities determined as basic functions can be carried out effectively, efficiently, economically and in a qualified manner,
• Trying to connect routine tasks to forms, simplifying the work, and conveying the results to the General Secretariat Office.
